The Rental Department is responsible for interviewing tenants who wish to rent an apartment at one of the properties we manage. All applicants for residence are interviewed and screened, following well-established procedures which conform to equal access guidelines and respect applicants’ privacy. Management recognizes that tenant screening has a dramatic positive impact on the viability of any building from both a social and financial perspective.
